Umiya Industries boasts of establishing and operating one of the most advanced manufacturing plants for optical whitener in Gujarat. Continuous upgradation and improvement has helped us in scaling up our operations over the years and today we take pride in operating a world-class manufacturing facility with a production capacity of 400 Mt.
Constructed and configured as per international manufacturing standards, our manufacturing plant is equipped with several reaction vessels, spray dryers, boilers, filter presses, in-house ice plant and highly efficient effluent treatment plant. Our sophisticated infrastructure enables us to create innovative products while adopting stringent quality control measures.
Not wanting to compromise on the safety of employees and quality of products, we take effective measures to avoid chances of chemical contamination and spillage. For achieving this objective, our plant has demarcated facilities for processing of di-sulpho and tetra-sulpho varieties. Multiple spray dryer units also enable us to avoid contamination of products for the detergent, paper and textile sector.
