Umaton BMBI LIQ is a LOW substantive Optical Brightener, particularly for natural and regenerated fibers particularly made from blends of cellulose & synthetic fibers.

Solubility         :           Can be diluted with water in any proportion. It is
                                   neutral to weakly alkaline and insensitive to medium
                                       hard water (approx. 15º German)

APPLICATION
By Padding                                         1 to 3 GPL can be used conventional resin finishing
                                                           process (Ph of resin bath must be above5.0otherwise
                                                           precipitation will occur) UMATON BMBI LIQ. Is also  

                                                            Suitable for application in starch, PVA or similar type of

                                                            finishes.  

By Exhaust                                         Umaton BMBI LIQ. : 0.1 to 0.60% (on weight of fabric)
                                                           Time                  : 20 – 30 Minutes
                                                           Temp. Range    : 20 – 120 Degree C
                                                           pH Range         : 5.5 – 11
                                                          Salt Addition     : 3 – 5 GPL Sodium Sulphate
Peroxide cold Pad Batch Bleach                    2 to 5 GPL / Kg good is Added to the impregnating liquor

Note :
         i)   Dilute Solutions must not be exposed to natural light.
        ii)   Do not use cationic auxiliaries
       iii)   Heavy metal ions may interfere with the effect of anionic Optical Brightners.
              This can be avoided by adding suitable chelating agents.
