APPLICATIONS IN TEXTILE

 

 

IN OPEN VAT:     The Material is Treated for 2-0 -30 Minutes at Room Temperature in Liquor
Containing 0.05 – 0.2% UMATON 2B Calculated on the Weight of the Material. It is Advisable
to Add 5-10 GMS/Liter Anhydrous Glaubers Salt to get Better Exhaustion.

 

ON JIGGER & WINCH DYEING MACHINE :          The Material is Treated For About 4 ends on  Jigger or 20 – 30 Minutes on Winch Dyeing  Machine at Room Temperature in a Bath Containing 0.05 – 0.3% UMATON 2B. An Addition of  5 GMS/Liter Anhydrous Glaubers Salt to get Better Exhaustion.

 

PADDING:    The Material is Padded With So in of 0.5 – 4 GMS/Liter UMATON 2B at Room
Tempreture.The Concentration of Solution Depends Upon the Nature of the fabric and
Degree of Whiteness Required. It is Advisable to Maintain the Level of the Soln in a Through
of Padding Mangle.

 

FINISHING PROCESS:    It is recommended to use 1 – 4 GMS UMATON 2B / Kilo of
Finishing Mixture.
